  1. Purchasing a ticket gives you access to either the live course event or an on-demand recording. The live course includes the opportunity to engage with course content such as polls and submit questions for the instructor in real time during the scheduled course date(s) and access to the course recording and materials for a minimum of 12 months. The on-demand course includes access to a previously recorded version of the course and all course materials.
  2. A series ticket gives you access to all the courses in a multi-day series, which can include 3-5 sessions. An individual ticket allows access to only the single-day session you purchased. The series ticket is cheaper than the sum of the individual tickets.
  3. We offer the following payment options:
    • Paypal
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
You will receive an invoice for every ticket purchase.
  4. Tickets for online courses cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. You can nominate a replacement participant free of charge up to seven days before the event. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible less than seven days before the start of the event.
  6. For bulk participant discounts, reach out to orders@rheinwerk-publishing.com or +1 781-228-5070.
  7. Several days before a course begins, you will receive a link via email to access the course via web browser on your PC, Mac, iPad, or Android tablet. If you haven't received the email by the day before your course start date, check your spam folder or contact us at support@rheinwerk-publishing.com or +1 781-228-5070.
  8. Most courses will use a PowerPoint deck as a teaching tool. You’ll get access to the PPT and any other supplemental files through the learning platform at the end of each course day.
  9. Participants who join the course in real time can submit questions, which will be addressed by the instructor as the day progresses. Instructors welcome clarification or follow-up questions as needed! Once a live course session ends, questions are closed, but previous discussions can be rewatched in the recording.
  10. There’s no homework! Some instructors use “quizzes” to confirm participant understanding during a course, but they’re opt-in only. While some participants may choose to follow along in their own SAP systems during a demo, instructors won’t assign any hands-on exercises; system access is neither required nor provided with an online course.
  11. Only the instructor and moderator will appear on video during the course. You don’t need a web cam or microphone to participate.
  12. In some cases, you may wish to leave a course for a moment, an hour, or even a day as your schedule dictates. We understand! A course ticket allows you to join live during a course in real time, but you can also pause the live stream and resume at your convenience, or simply play the entire video recording on demand when you’re ready.
  13. You’ll have access to the course recording and materials through our learning platform for at least 12 months.
  14. Once a series has ended, you’ll receive a personalized certificate of completion. Open the Pretix ticket confirmation email and follow the instructions to download your certificate with course details. If you have any questions, reach out to support@rheinwerk-publishing.com for assistance.
