Purchasing a ticket for an online course entitles you to attend the event. You will receive a link to access the course a few days before it begins. After the event, you will have access to the recording for a minimum of 12 months.

A series ticket gives you access to all the courses in a multi-day series, which can include 3-5 sessions. An individual ticket allows access to only the single-day session you purchased.

Tickets for online courses are not returnable or exchangeable.

You can nominate a replacement participant free of charge up to seven days before the event. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible less than seven days before the start of the event.

A few days before the event, we will send a personalized access link to the email address you provided when purchasing your ticket. You can access the course via web browser on your PC, Mac, iPad, or Android tablet. Yes, you will receive a digital certification of completion once you finish the course or series.

Yes. We will guarantee access for at least 12 months.

Yes, you can submit your questions to the moderator, who will relay them to the instructor. There will be time at the end of the course for the instructor to address these questions. Please note that while we aim to answer as many questions as possible, we cannot guarantee that all will be addressed.
