  9. I’ve created a new account—now, how do I get all my previous e-book purchases into my library?

  1. In the Library, you can access all your e-books 24/7 for download and for reading online. Here, you’ll find the PDF, EPUB, and MOBI files. From there, you’ll open the online reader application, and we’ll provide you with additional material for your e-books, if applicable. In the Library, you can manage all your SAP PRESS books in one spot.

In addition, the Library connects all books and E-Bites via intelligent search: Not only can you use the full text search to search for anything that’s in an e-book, but you can search the texts of all your e-books at once. And if you still don’t find what you’re looking for, extend the search to our entire list of books and find something you'd like to buy!

  2. To use the Library, you’ll have to register on our website and create an account. Once this is done, you can access your Library at any time and from any computer with a combination of an e-mail address and a password.

  3. Click “Library” in the upper right corner of the website. If you have not registered and created an account yet, click on “Register” in the pop-up window and follow the dialog on the screen. Please note: When registering and creating an account, you agree to enter correct personal information (name, e-mail address, mail address). More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions and in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a registered customer and have an account, click “Library” in the upper right corner of the website. In the pop-up window, enter your e-mail address and your password. Then click “To the Library”.

  4. If you order an e-book or a bundle of print and e-book, you have to create an account during the checkout process. Upon completion of the checkout process, you’ll receive an activation link via e-mail. Click this link or copy it into your web browser’s address field. Subsequently, you may have to log on again to the Library using your e-mail address and password. There, you’ll find your e-book ready for download and/or online reading.
  5. To access the Library, you need a web browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) and internet access. In addition, if you would like to use the full functionality of the online reader, you should activate JavaScript and enable cookies in your browser’s settings.
  6. No, this is not possible, due to technical reasons. Please contact our e-book support via e-mail: support@rheinwerk-publishing.com
  7. Yes, you just have to log on with your e-mail address and your password at the second machine or browser. Please note, however, that you are not allowed to pass on your account and your e-books temporarily or permanently to another person.
  8. The old website was run by Wellesley Information Services (WIS), a company not affiliated with Rheinwerk Publishing. Your account had been created with WIS, and in order to protect their customers, it is WIS’ company policy to not share customer data with third parties such as Rheinwerk Publishing. Due to this reason, all old customer accounts have been deactivated.

However, we’ve provided a way for you to load your previous purchases into a new account. Go to sap-press.com/restore-ebook-library and follow the instructions for how to populate your new account with your SAP PRESS e-books.
