Amy Grubb is a founder and principal at Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc., a SuccessFactors consulting partner and full-service HCM consultancy focused on implementing cloud solutions. She has consulted in the HCM space for over 15 years, spending eight years in Deloitte’s Human Capital Management practice. Amy has the unique background of implementing SuccessFactors for more than seven years while also implementing SAP ERP HCM during that same period. She holds three SuccessFactors consultant certifications in Align & Perform, Talent Sourcing, and Talent Management. She currently teaches the Recruiting Mastery course for SuccessFactors University, where she trains consultants to implement Recruiting Execution. Amy has implemented numerous modules within SuccessFactors, including Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, CDP, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning for clients globally. Her experience with LMS dates to 2000, and she has implemented every market-leading LMS many times over, including Plateau prior its acquisition by SuccessFactors. She is an expert in Learning business process and best practices, and led the development of LearningPrint for Saba™ while at Deloitte.

Luke Marson is an SAP Mentor and principal consultant for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors. His experience covers SAP ERP HCM Talent Management, SuccessFactors, and Visualization Solutions by Nakisa. He has delivered more than 35 projects in territories across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to organizations of various sizes and types in different industries and sectors, including oil and gas, defense, retail, manufacturing, the public sector, telecommunications, and media. He is an active Twitter user (@lukemarson), a regular blogger on SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM Talent Management, and general SAP ERP HCM topics, and an active contributor to the SAP Community Network (SCN). She has over nine years of information technology and SAP experience implementing core SAP ERP HCM modules and partnering with customers to formulate and execute business and technology strategies. She has implementation expertise in SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, though she has also completed the Performance & Goals mastery.
