Luke Marson is a lead architect, principal consultant, and globally recognized expert for SAP SuccessFactors solutions and is a certified professional in Employee Central. He is the founder and CEO of the North American office of iXerv, a global SAP SuccessFactors consulting partner that focuses on SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite implementations and Employee Central in particular.

Luke has delivered more than 40 projects in multiple countries across North and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to organizations of various sizes (up to 240,000 employees) and types in different industries and sectors, including oil and gas, defense, retail, manufacturing, the public sector, telecommunications, and media.

In addition to being an author or coauthor of four SAP PRESS books, a speaker, and a go-to expert on HCM and SAP SuccessFactors topics, Luke is an SAP Mentor alumni, an Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) volunteer, and an active contributor to the SAP Community Network (SCN).

Murali Mazhavanchery is the head of project management at SAP focusing on Employee Central design and development. He has over 15 years of HRIS project management experience. Murali has been around HR functionality for all his professional life. In his past roles, he was an industrial relations manager, an HCM systems implementation consultant, and has now transitioned to building software.

Rebecca Murray

Rebecca Murray is a noted SAP SuccessFactors consultant and recognized as a prominent leader in the Employee Central space. She co-founded Cultiv8 Consulting Inc. in 2011 and continues there as a managing partner. Rebecca specializes in the design and integration of HRIS and talent management solutions including both SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. She has completed numerous global and multi-national implementations in both SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and is considered an innovator in the field of Employee Central with dozens of projects under her belt.

Combining her specialized knowledge with her love for teaching and learning, Rebecca is a HR Advisor for SAPexperts and she speaks widely on her experiences at industry conferences and trade shows around the globe. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. She is an SAP SuccessFactors Certified Professional Consultant in Employee Central and a Dell Boomi AtomSphere Certified Process Developer.
