Jennifer Herrera is a production engineer from Venezuela with a master’s degree in information technology management. She is a senior SAP business process consultant at SAP America, Inc. and has more than a decade of experience with SAP manufacturing solutions with a strong focus on production planning (PP) and quality management (QM).
In her role, Jennifer supports global organizations through SAP Center of Expertise and premium engagement services, including SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention, and SAP Value Assurance. She has also served as a de-escalation architect, where she led efforts to resolve critical and complex situations. 
Her work supports customers in achieving successful transitions to SAP S/4HANA across both private and public cloud environments and their integration landscapes. She focuses on reviewing critical business processes and providing support throughout all project phases, from design, build, and testing through go-live. By applying SAP Best Practices and the clean core approach, she enables seamless and sustainable digital transformations that maximize efficiency, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence.

Chandra Reddy is an architect at the SAP Center of Expertise (SAP CoE) at SAP America, Inc. in Newtown Square. She has more than 20 years of experience with SAP manufacturing solutions, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and industry cloud offerings. Originally from India, she holds a bachelor’s degree and specializes in production planning, quality management, and the batch release hub, and has supported global organizations through complex digital transformation initiatives. 
She supports customers through premium engagements for manufacturing, providing expert guidance across both cloud and on-premise deployments. She is recognized for her adaptability, deep product expertise, and strong growth mindset, with a consistent focus on designing and delivering scalable, high-impact manufacturing solutions.
