Jagmohan Singh Chawla is a chief expert and product owner for project, task, and requirement management in SAP Cloud ALM. He is a management graduate from Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. He has worked at SAP for more than 10 years and has focused on application lifecycle management for more than 15 years. He is certified in SAP ERP, SAP Customer Relationship Management, SAP Solution Manager, Six Sigma, Lean, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and is passionate about tools and processes. He has first-hand experience working with partners on largescale SAP implementations.

Wulff-Heinrich Knapp

Wulff-Heinrich Knapp is a chief expert, product manager, and product owner for the process management capability of SAP Cloud ALM. Wulff is a passionate design thinking coach who has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT business. He was the product manager for the SAP Solution Manager process management capability. His work included the refined user interface, lifecycle model, embedded graphical BPMN diagram editor, and process management API. Wulff has a diploma in business informatics from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Mannheim. He speaks regularly at SAP events.

Nicolas Alech

Nicolas Alech is a chief expert in application lifecycle management at SAP. He owns the customer experience and solutions (CXS) test management area for ALM solutions, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM. He started working in consulting and development before joining SAP in 2002. He has held various positions with a focus on ALM for largescale multinational customers. He has always had a strong focus on the testing needs of SAP customers implementing SAP solutions. Nicolas now leverages his background in working with customers in the area of testing as a product manager for test management for SAP Cloud ALM.
