Saravana Kumar Kuppusamy has more than 24 years of experience in SAP implementation and global roll-out projects, and 10 years of experience managing payment platforms at Wiley. He currently leads Wiley’s payments modernization initiative, migrating from Fiserv’s payments processing solution to SAP digital payments add-on, and he has architected the entire modernization effort across its SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and B2B and B2C commerce environments. His experience spans technical implementation, PSP integration, PCI compliance, tokenization strategies, fraud management, and production deployment.
