He is an avid chess player, a lover of cruise vacations and beaches, and a self-proclaimed chef. He also volunteers as a citizen judge for Coolidge debate events, where he renders reasonable decisions based on the quality of the arguments and evidence presented by the debating teams. Jeff Gericke

Jeffrey Gericke helps organizations turn complex data ambitions into measurable outcomes. With more than 20 years at SAP, he guides customers in modernizing data foundations and operationalizing trusted insights at scale. His work spans data strategy and governance, data quality and integration, and large-scale migration programs. As a business technology advisor, Jeff connects business priorities to technical realities and execution. He collaborates with executive sponsors on strategy, translates decisions into actionable plans, and delivers results with architects and implementation teams. As an SAP Certified Professional (SAP Enterprise Architect and SAP BTP Solution Architect), he also trains customers and partners and speaks at conferences, including ASUG and SAP TechEd. He holds a degree in mathematics and computer science from Beloit College, where he remains an active supporter. 
When he’s not architecting customer solutions, Jeff enjoys building in Minecraft, solving logic and number puzzles, and turning travel roadmaps into well-executed journeys.

Shibajee Dutta Gupta

Shibajee Dutta Gupta is a technology strategist and SAP data integration expert with more than 26 years of experience across enterprise systems, analytics, and data integration. Shiba works with SAP data integration professional services, delivering SAP-provided integration solutions across multiple industry verticals, and brings deep hands-on expertise spanning on-premise and cloud-based data integration landscapes. 
His experience as a product manager for SAP’s data integration products enriches this book with an end-to-end perspective that bridges strategy, architecture, and execution. He is also a member of the inventor team for the US Patent 11010391B2, “Domain Agnostic Similarity Detection,” reflecting his focus on scalable and intelligent innovation.

Antony Isacc

Antony John Isacc is a principal architect at SAP America with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise information management (EIM). He specializes in helping organizations implement and modernize master data solutions, focusing on creating scalable architectures that align technical capabilities with business needs.
His expertise covers master data management (MDM), business process management (BPM), and various programming and UI frameworks. Antony is also a contributing author to several SAP PRESS publications, including comprehensive guides on SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) and its application within SAP S/4HANA. 
Antony holds a master’s degree in information technology and management from Carnegie Mellon University and is a certified architect. He currently focuses on designing data strategies that provide a reliable foundation for analytics and AI initiatives for global enterprises.

Rick Markham

Rick Markham is a services architecture expert specializing in SAP data migration and enterprise information management. As a data migration lead within SAP’s EIM and DTS practice, he has more than 20 years of experience in data migration architecture, data architecture, BI, and ETL design, with more than 15 years focused on SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, and SAP HANA. He is certified in Syniti’s Advanced Data Migration Management (ADMM) methodology, SAP Data Services, and SAP HANA. 
Over the years Rick has been a part of more than 20 SAP data migrations across many industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, life sciences, logistics and aerospace/defense applying a proven methodology spanning data profiling, cleansing, mapping, enrichment, ETL design, validation, UAT, and cutover planning.
