Abe Elmadhoun is the director of aerospace and defense (A&D) delivery/supply chain and compliance at Cognitus, an IBM company, where he leads the delivery of advanced SAP solutions tailored to the highly regulated and operationally complex needs of the Aerospace and Defense industry. Abe specializes in aligning enterprise SAP technology with stringent DoD, DCMA, and DCAA compliance requirements, enabling organizations to convert regulatory obligations into strategic advantages. His expertise lies in designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA frameworks that embed aerospace and defense government contract and compliance requirements directly into supply chain, manufacturing, project systems, and cost accounting workflows—driving financial transparency, operational control, and audit readiness.

Abe has led and supported large-scale SAP transformations for leading organizations including Lockheed Martin, L3Harris, RTX, V2X, Eaton Aerospace, Amazon Kuiper, Parker Hannifin, Danbury Mission Technologies, and American Water. His experience spans global manufacturing rollouts, flowdown compliance solutions, discrete and project-based manufacturing, cost reporting, updated PMMO, and cash application automation. Beyond client delivery, Abe plays an integral role in Cognitus product and solution innovation as a lead product owner and solution architect, contributing to the evolution of flowdown and cash application solutions. He brings deep, end-to-end aerospace and defense experience across full program lifecycles.

Abe holds a graduate certificate in designing AI solutions from Cornell University, an MBA from Wayne State University, and a Master of Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. He is also a highly credentialed SAP professional, holding the following certifications: SAP Certified Professional – SAP Enterprise Architect; SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Project Systems; SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement; and SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.

Nathan Singh is a seasoned SAP aerospace and defense (A&D) professional with more than 25 years of experience leading and delivering complex SAP implementations for government and defense contractors.

He currently serves as a partner at IBM, and previously held the title of vice president and A&D practice principal at Cognitus, where he leverages deep industry expertise alongside Cognitus’ industry-specific solutions and best practices to drive successful deployments and accelerate time to value for clients. Throughout his career, Nathan has held key leadership roles, including solution architect, industry advisor, team lead, and subject matter expert, and is widely recognized as a trusted advisor within the SAP A&D ecosystem.

Nathan brings extensive hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA A&D solutions, including Project System, government contracting, FAR/DFAR/DEAR compliance, labor accounting, earned value management (EVM), overhead application, and project-based manufacturing. He has architected highly complex solutions such as vendor financing models compliant with FAR regulations and manufacturing earned value solutions at the part and subcontract levels. Nathan has led SAP deployments with more than 20 A&D customers, including Lockheed Martin, RTX, L3Harris, Eaton, and ARKA Group, and has served as a lead partner tester with SAP for PMMO.

A recognized industry thought leader, he regularly presents at SAP Sapphire and Aerospace & Defense Innovation Days and collaborates closely with SAP’s A&D industry business unit to align product strategy with real-world client needs.
