Sanjjeev K Singh is a managing partner at ASAR America, Inc. and a former SAP America client partner. For the past 17 years he has helped customers implement SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP CRM and SAP ERP Sales and Distribution. He has been involved in many large scale SAP implementation projects. He is extremely passionate about helping customers develop their roadmap and implement customer engagement solutions using the SAP Hybris product portfolio. In his current role, he leads the SAP Hybris practice at ASAR America Inc., a SAP Hybris services partner.

Sven Feurer

Sven Feurer is a senior member of the Solution Management and Strategy team for SAP Hybris. He has more than 10 years of experience in SAP Business Suite, SAP CRM, SAP Hybris Sales and Service, and SAP Cloud Platform. In his current role he’s responsible for the overall architecture, technology, and integration strategy of the SAP Hybris solutions. For years, Sven has been driving strategic programs and rollout activities in the context of customer engagement and commerce, as well as supporting long-term customer relationships and strategic business development.

Marcus Ruebsam

Marcus Ruebsam is the senior vice president of Solution Management for SAP Hybris. He is responsible for global solution strategy, product definition, and go-to-market activities for the Customer Engagement and Commerce solution portfolio. The global Solution Management organization includes solution experts for marketing, sales, service, revenue, and commerce. Marcus has an extensive track record of leading sales and marketing organizations for business-to-business and business-to-customer activities, including sales, brand management, marketing communications, product marketing, and business development. Prior to his current role, he held a number of other strategic positions within SAP, including vice president and general manager for line-of-business marketing solutions, director of small and medium enterprise marketing (SME), and director of integrated marketing communications.
