Carl Britton Lewis

Carl Britton Lewis is the chief SAP Business One ambassador for Vision33, the largest reseller of SAP Business One globally. For many years, Carl has been a global influencer working to enhance the experience of every customer and user of SAP Business One.

Due in part to his work as the program chair for the SAP Business One Special Interest Group (SIG) for the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG), Carl’s professional endeavors extend beyond Vision33’s more than 700 SAP Business One customers. It has been Carl’s personal mission to create and grow the SAP Business One Summit, now an annual ASUG-driven event where more than 500 attendees from SAP, customers, resellers, and software solution providers gather for education and networking. He served as the first chairman of the North American Partner Advisory Council, which consists of the most significant SAP Business One resellers in North America. No longer the chairman, Carl remains an active member of the council.

Andres Castrillon

Andres Castrillon is the president and founder of Consensus International LLC in 2007 and founder of Consensus S.A. in Colombia in 1990; these organizations have helped hundreds of companies in the US and Latin America become more efficient and profitable through the use of SAP Business One systems. Before working for Consensus, Andres worked for ten years in Florida as Exact Software/Macola’s general manager for Latin America and as general manager for multinational sales for Exact Software North America. He has also worked for IBM and Philips Colombia, where he started as an IT manager and later became the F&A director and member of the board of Philips Major Domestic Appliances. He contributed in taking the company from a 14% market share to a leading 37% in less than two years.

Andres graduated as a systems and computer engineer from the University of Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, and received his master’s degree in industrial administration from Purdue University.

Derin Hildebrandt

Derin Hildebrandt is vice president and a founding co-owner of ProjectLine Solutions, Inc., a Canadian-based business software and consulting firm in operation since 2001. His experience includes senior project management for large-scale international software projects, ERP sales, consulting, and software development. Derin has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the organization, including the establishment of its SAP Business One practice in 2004. Under his leadership, ProjectLine has grown to become a highly respected, Gold-Certified SAP Channel Partner that is ranked in the top five in the nation. He has served on the North America Partner Advisory Council (PAC) for SAP Business One since its inception, has been a guest speaker at SAP customer events, and is routinely sought out by both SAP and its partners for in-house and customer consultations.

Ryan Howe

Ryan Howe is a managing director at Clients First Business Solutions, which has more than twenty years of ERP industry expertise. Ryan is a graduate of Michigan State University and began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, he worked with global clients and gained exposure with how large and small companies operate in complex business environments. During this time, Ryan learned the importance of business processes and how business management software can benefit companies when a proper solution is effectively utilized.

This business experience allowed Ryan to become an active member of the SAP Business One community, in which he works diligently to provide value to all its members. Ryan actively participates in ASUG events and is currently the vice-chairman of the North America Partner Advisory Council (PAC). Ryan is known as a friendly face in the SAP Business One community that is always willing to go above and beyond to assist however he can.

Keith Taylor

Keith Taylor is an APICS-certified manufacturing and distribution operations professional whose background includes more than twenty-two years working with a large manufacturer/distributor, where he held several positions including marketing manager and vice president of materials and purchasing. Keith joined Long Business Systems, Inc., (LBSI) in 1995 and has managed hundreds of SAP Business One projects, including implementations, upgrades, additional training, enhancements and assistance with business process optimizations, customizations, and reporting. Keith is the vice president of consulting services and a partner in the ownership of LBSI.

Keith has been a charter member and active participant in the North America SAP Business One Partner Advisory Council (PAC) since 2009 and has been its chairman since January 2014. As an SAP Business One program committee member and speaker for the ASUG SAP Business One user group, Keith contributes and shares his vast expertise in project management, business processes, manufacturing, distribution, and accounting with the SAP Business One community.

Bertrand Tougas

Bertrand Tougas is the general manager of Forgestik, Inc., a professional services company dedicated to software implementation and computer support. Forgestik's primary focus is on the installation of SAP Business One; with more than twenty-five years of experience, Forgestik sees itself as the Canadian reference in the deployment of ERP solutions for SMEs in the distribution, food, pharmaceuticals, and production industries. 

With more than twenty-five years of experience in business management solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Bertrand Tougas is skilled at project management, communication, and work organization. Having worked as a consultant, analyst, trainer, and business owner, he joined SAP Canada in 2005 as the software solution partner manager for SAP Business One.
