Sagar Deolalikar

Sagar Deolalikar is a specialist in SAP Integrated Business Planning at Deloitte Consulting with more than 16 years of experience. He is an engineering graduate with a bachelor’s degree in production and a master’s degree in business administration, majoring in production and marketing. Sagar specializes in business transformation projects with a focus on supply chain planning. He started his career as a production planning engineer and evolved into a supply chain planning solution architect. He has led and delivered large scale supply chain planning implementation projects across different industry sectors and geographies. Sagar’s expertise is in delivering end-to-end supply chain planning solutions including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production planning and detailed scheduling, integrating those solutions with SAP and non-SAP execution systems. 
Sagar is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Sagar has previously assisted in writing a couple of books on supply chain planning. Sagar enjoys singing and running in his leisure time and channels it towards stress busting.

Raghav Jandhyala

Raghav Jandhyala is a principal product management leader at Microsoft. Prior to that, Raghav was a chief product expert for SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP). In that role, he was responsible for product management for sales and operations planning, the unified planning processes, maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), and artificial intelligence (AI) in SAP IBP. Raghav has more than 19 years of experience in different fields, including supply chain management, retail, and banking, along with a strong technical background in development and adoption of business applications. Raghav has worked with SAP IBP from its inception and was responsible for developing the roadmap for SAP IBP for sales and operations. He has worked with multiple SAP IBP customers on new innovations and business transformations initiatives and as a trusted advisor for their global rollouts.

Pramod Mane

Pramod Mane is a chief product expert of product management for SAP IBP at SAP. He has more than 20 years of supply chain planning experience. At SAP, he is responsible for the road map and product direction for supply chain planning applications covering the sales and operations planning (S&OP) and business network collaboration processes. Pramod was part of the initial product development team for SAP Sales and Operations Planning on SAP HANA. Pramod works closely with customers and partners to drive innovation and has acted as a trusted advisor to many customers during their supply chain transformation journeys. Prior to joining SAP, he gained extensive experience driving business outcomes through digital transformation and technology adoption while working at Blueyonder and AstraZeneca. Pramod holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune (India), an MS in industrial engineering from SUNY Buffalo, and an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Amit Sinha

Amit Sinha is an expert in supply chain management and related technology with more than 20 years of experience. He has expertise in digital transformation, integrated business planning, and S&OP. He has multiple years of SAP product experience with solution design and delivery. Amit is the coauthor of the SAP Integrated Business Planning: Functionality and Implementation book with SAP PRESS. He received the best business book of the year award for his text on the digital transformation of the supply chain, titled Digital Supply Networks. He has extensive experience in supply chain strategy, data applications, and technology adoption while working with Deloitte, Accenture, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services. His experience spans through consumer products, high-tech, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing industry sectors. He also serves on the boards of nonprofit organizations dedicated to manufacturing efficiency and supply chain education.
