Craig Giron is a digital transformation leader and the vice president and head of Signavio Services for SAP North America. He has more than 16 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives in the cloud and for SAP S/4HANA, and has expertise in process mining and process management for customers.

Gerry McCool

Gerry McCool is a value advisor with SAP. He helps Fortune 1,000 companies accelerate business outcomes with industry expertise, strategic solution advice, and expert consultation supporting digital transformation and business performance improvement. Gerry previously served in leadership roles in operations management, supply chain management, and operational excellence with Jabil, Accenture, Pegasystems, Mitre, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Gerry has an MS from Florida Institute of Technology, an MBA from Louisiana State University-Shreveport, and a BS from Auburn University. He is a certified supply chain professional, change management practitioner, and master black belt. He lives in the Tampa, Florida area and enjoys running, paddle boarding, traveling, and reading.

Nitin Singh

He has more than 15 years of international experience in executing strategic advisory services and designing enterprise architecture for more than 60 customers in over 15 countries. He has deep expertise in designing end-to-end architecture leveraging SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform solutions for multimillion dollar engagements for Fortune 500 companies. He also leads the practice for intelligent enterprise innovations and frequently speaks at external and internal SAP events. Nitin is the author of Introducing the Technical Foundation of SAP S/4HANA.
