Sanjjeev K. Singh is a managing partner at ASAR America, Inc. and a former SAP America CRM consultant and client partner. For more than 19 years, he has helped customers implement SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Commerce, SAP CRM, and SAP ERP. He is passionate about helping customers develop their roadmaps and implement customer experience solutions using SAP C/4HANA. In his current role, he leads the SAP Customer Experience practice at ASAR America, Inc., an SAP Customer Experience Certified Gold Partner.

Bimal Budhabhatti

Bimal Budhabhatti is the head of SAP applications at General Datatech, LP. For more than 15 years, he has helped customers implement the SAP ERP suite on-premise and has helped with SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects. He specializes in the lead-to-cash process. He is passionate about helping customers adopt the next-generation business application suites SAP S/4HANA and SAP C/4HANA to simplify their business processes and system landscapes. In his current role, he leads the SAP team at General Datatech and has successfully rolled out SAP S/4HANA 1809; he has begun implementing SAP Sales Cloud with SAP CPQ, contracts lifecycle management, and commission management.
