Its a best Talent suite that every HCM consultant should have if he/she is willing to learn from the business prospective..good job by the Authors.

  3. Could have been better

Posted by Anonymous on May 20th, 2013

Authors have done a good job in explaining the technical jargon from an end user point of view. Authors were open in mentioning that this book is not for functional consultants. Though I am a functional consultant, still read the book and it has clarified me the whole concept in a better way. Basically it clarifies the each talent management process in detail. Only thing the book lacks is the technical stuff.

But I would still recommend this book for business users to know how Talent Management Process is in SAP.
