Be carefull : this book is not about IS-Retail.
It is about what SAP is trying to achieve with Retail business in general.
This book is explaining that for driving a Retail business, you should not implement only IS-Retail but a Global Retail solution with IS-Retail, PI, BI, ... The book is describing the integration of those different elements with a focus on PI and BI.
If your goal is to get more knolewdge about the particularities of IS-Retail, compared to standard SAP ERP, then this book is not for you.
