About the Author(s)

Robert Mayerhofer has university degrees in economics and economics education. He has worked for a consulting firm in the areas of project management, consulting, and support, and has participated in more than twenty implementation projects. For SAP Austria, Partner Channels, he was responsible for the education of project/support consultants. At present he works as a teacher at the Vienna Business School.
