Posted by Anonymous on Jan 27th, 2014

It's almost like a user manual . not discussing configuration and implementation deeply. some chapters are copy from SAP lib . Do not suggest to buy if implementing e-recruiting. recommended to end user.

As new functional owner of the HCM module for my organization, I have found this book extremely helpful. The book provides the process maps for how the e-Recruiting process should function. It takes you through the step-by-step of each process as well as instruction for customizing processes. I would recommend this book for anyone new to supporting HCM
