This book just gives an overview of the IMG path of CO-PA and printscreens on how to configure them. It does not go into reqired details for a consultant and explanations are not adequate/incomplete.If you have basic CO-PA knowledge it does not add any value to it. The favorite quote in the book appears to be "this is beyond the scope of this book". This book is a BIG disappointment. Appears author intent is to quickly churn out a CO-PA book without efforts.
EDITOR'S NOTE:
This book was designed to take readers from zero to a comfortable level of using and configuring CO-PA. To do so, it uses detailed step-by-step descriptions to guide the reader through the configuration of CO-PA. It was not designed to provide specialized consultant’s knowledge for a specific sector, industry, or a specific project. CO-PA interacts with a large number of SAP modules including MM, PP, FI, CO, SD, and BW, which makes it impossible to cover every integration detail. Furthermore, in every project, sophisticated issues arise that have to be individually analyzed and can only be resolved on-site. We believe that this book delivers on its promise.
