    Book covers very important features of ESS most of the organisations are now adopting this because of its efficiency and automatic record management less filing less paper work. This book got excellent material to take your through the various steps needed for self service configurations and also give the conceptual information. User management, reporting, events management and many more topics are covered and explained very nicely makes you understand what the author is trying to say.
