Karl-Heinz Kühnhauser was a managing partner of RGS GmbH & Co. KG, an SAP service partner, where he gained extensive project experience in over 50 customer projects. He also worked as an assistant lecturer in SAP application development and Human Resources at the technical college of Ansbach, Germany, and as a member of the training working group and the inspection committee of the IHK (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

Thorsten Franz is the founder of operatics, an innovative startup that makes the convergence of OLTP and OLAP a reality. He specializes in the development of new SAP-based applications and frameworks and their integration into existing enterprise applications. As an SAP Mentor, he is a regular participant and speaker at conferences, and also contributes regularly to SCN.
